There are three processes for color box packaging and printing:
1. Flexo
Flexo printing has the advantages of both gravure printing and lithographic printing. The process steps can be divided into online cutting, indentation, slotting and other parts. The printing pressure will be too low due to the elasticity of the material in the overall operation. Therefore, the color box packaging printing ink product is thick and clear. Use paper with high printability and good surface gloss, or print on rough paper, thin and thick paper, light or dark blotting paper, suitable for fine screen printing, line printing, spot color printing or solid printing.
2. Gravure
Gravure printing has the characteristics of high printability and fast printing speed. The color box packaging printing gravure ink layer is thick, the ink color is rich, the three-dimensional sense is strong, the layers are rich, and the texture is strong; the drying speed is fast, and it is suitable for large-area heavy-ink printing gravure printing process. , The color difference is small, and the printing quality is stable. However, due to the complexity of gravure plate making, high material and cost, and troublesome plate changing operation, it is mostly used for packaging and printing a large number of commodities, which can reduce costs.
3. Offset printing
It adopts multi-color multi-function roller/paper machine operation, suitable for mass production, stable structure, packaging products, face paper printing, and then installed and pasted through the corrugated production line. We use flat paper machine for offset printing process, the speed can reach 10,000 sheets/h, suitable for small batch production, and the choice and replacement size of face paper are flexible. Color box packaging printing directly prints fine corrugated paper, with high overprinting accuracy and stable quality.
